I did too.  I was actually happy, in a sense, to come back to work so I could use the gym again.  I switched my workout routine from 3 day/wk. after work to every morning before work about a month ago, and I am loving it.  I feel like I have more energy during the day, and I think I am hitting the weights harder.  I used to get lazy after work, and don't think my workouts were as effective.
