Yes I know that Matt, that's why I suggested that people who prefer numbers in the numrow can use instead the 1unit keys normally used in a numpad : That restrains the number of different legends and raise MOQ on each legends which keeps prices down for a more multilingual set.

yes, SP dyesubs the keys. the font will be something very clean and professional. English and international legends (at least IT, DE, UK, FR, ES, Nordic). No alternate characters though.

So you are going to have two layouts, one English and another with international legends? Sorry, I just want to make sure I understand correctly.

You know I am in. I need a DSA set to try the profile, and colemak. A PBT one with sublimated legends would be a very nice option. As far as I know, it would be a first also. And in a classic duo-tone even nicer. I hope this GB to be a success.

You're lucky Ideus to use colemak because even with an SA family with the Commando profile (the three alphas rows in row 3 profile) you cant reproduce it with an us-qwerty set. That's not even possible to do for an us-dvorak

Matt : The azerty layout (french) will be near half of the multilingual caps if you don't want to do what I suggest with the numrow

If you do the simple layout, it means that PT, ES, bépo, ACNOR/CSA (multilingual canadian layout) and others won't require a lot of extra keys

they are currently working on it. SP confirmed that the spacebar should be ready in few weeks. I just need confirmation.

I don't know yet, last time I checked they told me only DSA was ready. I guess if the GB for DSA goes very well...

Just a heads up, this IC may turn into a GB this week, as Matt is going to get his hands on a PBT DSA space bar prototype, I think on Tuesday.

I got the PBT spacebars.

Almost perfect. "banana" effect is present but bearable.

The spacebar is just a pinch out of standard (0.5mm smaller per side) but still within margins. The side stems are 0.25mm off center. It works flawlessly on costar (eg FILCO), I have to double check on the other lame cherry stabs.

Time to open a new IC and talk about colors and final layouts.

that's pretty much it I believe. but it's pretty darn good actually. I hoped they sent me the 7u as well, but the 6.25 is almost perfect.

dsa has only one row profile so a standard us-qwerty set can be used for a us-dvorak or colemak layout.

I'm in if I can make a functional and attractive ergodox set out of the offering. The legending on the 1.5x and 2x keys have been a little problematic in past group buys for ergodox users -even DSA buys- as ergodox users remap these keys to do all sorts of things.
