Hi Geekhack, I'm Bachoo. I've made a rectangle. Please consider, and thank you for taking time out of your day to take a look.

Inspiration

An FRLTKL (or WKLFRLTKL) named after the Romanian word for "Lily", they're my favorite flower and a fond memory of a better time in life.

The PCB for this kit was designed by KnoblesseOblige

ARM MCU, STM32 based
QMK/VIA compatibility
ESD protection
Daughterboard: Unified C3 (USB C – Centered)
No hotswap avail
Note: Underglow is not supported as all units will be aluminum

Current plate materials include:
-Anodized 5052 Aluminum
-FR4
-Sandblasted Polycarbonate
-Carbon Fiber

Plate files will be released once the GB is completed for anyone who wants other materials

PRICING/VENDORS
The target price for this board will be sub $400 + shipping, I hope we can bring this price down as much as possible -- I wish to run this board in December/January, leaning more towards in December.

PROTOTYPES
I am currently waiting for the 2nd round of prototypes to arrive to me, I have made some changes already before the proto has arrived to me, but the changes are purely aesthetic (flower size adjustment). Once the v2 prototype arrives to me I will be taking more photos of it and updating the thread. I will also be sending my v2 prototypes to these streamers:

- Lulzthax

11/18/2021 -- Based on the IC responses (and several people messaging me on discord) we added a WKL as an option, but sacrificed green as a color option to do so.

Looks great! Big fan of FRL TKLs. Just curious for my own understanding, is there a reason why there wasn't a vertical flex cut to separate nav cluster/arrow keys from the rest of the board?

that's a normal price for something like this

is it expensive? sure. but that's just what keyboards that aren't being run by a massive operation cost. machining and materials are really expensive right now.

You mentioned that anodized alu plate will be an option. Which colors will be available?
And also, why not to add silver as a case color?
I think classic Korean combo of silver case + red plate might be popular.
