Yes, we've done proper research regarding this. They should be fine but they must be installed prior to shipment.
There should be no problem with shipping them out.

Does the 6.25x spacebar in the KeyPop Tai Hao set have the same 6 stem spacing as in elton's GB? I'm looking to grab a set to replace my friend's super shiny stock FC200R caps for Christmas.

I believe they are also Tai Hao space bars.

Alternatively KeyPop have translucent yellow space bars with extra stems: http://www.keypop.net/product/yellow-translucent-spacebar

I ordered a few of the keychains as stocking stuffers for my friends, but when they were unwrapped, one of them had an LED that flickers and would only intermittently light up. Any idea what the problem is? Would it be pretty easy to take the keychain apart and fix?

Please send me your paypal transaction id or invoice id and I'll send you a replacement battery and instructions on how to fix the problem.
Truly sorry you're experiencing problems! Please don't worry! It's very easy to replace the battery. My guess is that the switch was pushed during delivery and it may have drained it by the time it got to you.
