Technically you are right about this being Chinese

, but it really is Taiwanese.

When you say Chinese I assume you are referring to Mainland China right? In reality you will only find this printing in Taiwan. 26 years being a Chinese.

Well, FYI Filco is made in Taiwan, the same place where these caps are printed probably.

Corsair's OEM is Taiwanese also.

Some people might not agree on that point. A lot of people in Taiwan, particularly the older generation, still maintain that they're also Chinese, just not PRC, that's all. Remember that Taiwan (ROC) is a rival government with the PRC.
But yeah, that particular arrangement of legends (what a mess!) is usually only found on keyboards in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Those extra legends account for the three main input methods of Chinese.

That wasn't the point. I didn't say anything about quality; I was just talking about the legends.

We're used to seeing only English legends here in the West, especially on mainstream boards like Corsairs. So seeing one with Asian legends (and yes, of any kind) is fun and interesting.

I'd much rather have a multilingual version of any KB, even though I didn't speak the other language. They're much more interesting. But they're hard to find here—probably because most Americans think the rest of the world should learn English. :?|
