KLK Luna
257744-0
Hi,everyone!I'm Fannie.
Luna was my first keyset which I designed.
I have three cats, but Luna was my favorite cat in my childhood.
Luna is the magical black cat of Sailor Moon.
However, my parents didn't allow me to have cats when I was a child.
Maybe Luna is the reason why I love cats.
So I decided to design her on the keycap and let her participate in my daily life.

I posted the IC in zfrontier_cn on August.
But I don't know which manufacturer I should choose.
Finally,I choose KLK which is height between the cherry and OEM of the PBT keycap.

Interesting, I've never heard of KLK profile. Colors look nice as well, and who could ever turn down cats?

GLWIC!

edit: some things I just realized. are these ABS or PBT? you didn't specify. and how will the manufacturer color match to GMK?

love the look—but to assess compatibility, it may be helpful to note the length of the non-1u keys

I have never heard of this profile, thank you for including a comparison. A comparison with KAT would also be helpful. Do you know of any other sets that use this profile or if sound tests of it exist? Finally, what is the thickness of the keycap wall?

Will this be run in ABS or PBT?

Saw this on zfrontier and wondered what the profile was going to be like.  Looks extremely similar to KAT profile from what I can tell.  Interested to hear the story behind the reason for a new profile.  Is it an IP issue?  I like the yellow on black.  Is that second row (with backspace, bksp, tab, esc, page up) supposed to be R3 but just missing the label?

Really cute desk mat and novelties.
It will be interesting to get more details and information about this new profile - reverse dyesub PBT, and how it compares to other profiles in its sort of height bracket range (MDA, MT3, MG, Hi-pro etc.).
Are there any other sets that have been manufactured in this profile that exists already?

And KLK has just been made,KLK belongs to NP&PG's new profile.
They used to do keycap profiles like XDA,KLK is the new one.
U can see the sets they used to do on KBDFANS.

Based on the key angles, this looks a lot like DSS to me. Each row has a height and angle similar to Cherry, but the tops are spherical surfaces.

Unusual profile. Never heard of it.
But I like colors. I like ISO support.
Is there any chance you would consider icon mods and/or cyrillic legends?
How thick these keycaps will be?

your image link is not working but I was able to find this photo on the zfrontier website. unfortunately this is so thin that my guess is that the longer keys will have severe issues with warping, and the acoustics are not likely to be very good either. while the colorway is excellent the physical properties of the caps have caused me to quickly lose interest

Hey dude!
Thanks for interesting in this new profile.
I think u got the wrong message...
The keys you saw in zfrontier website was for a metal keycap...
This time luna keyset has not only a PBT version but also a metal version.
The thin one is the metal version.
And I I have the PBT sample for the first test, but there are still many problems (it has been fixed now and I am waiting for the final sample).

Thanks for your interesting in the new profile...
But the pity that I think u got the wrong mean of “金属键帽”.
It means metal keycaps....
Luna will have two verison, one of pbt version and other is metal verson.
Since I haven't got the final PBT sample yet, I didn't take photos.
I only have samples of metal keycaps at hand.
So the pic of u posted was the metal version. ^-^

a 1.25u r2 modifier would be good to make this compatible with a lot of staggered 40% keyboards, it can be a tab or ctrl! looking forward to seeing this on sale, good luck!
