Actually, I reckon the photo on the box also shows an Apple Design keyboard. But it states Apple Extended II. Weird.

Maybe the first Apple Design keyboards have been labeled AEII to make the transition to the new model less evident to buyers?

It has an ADB connector. You need an ADB->USB adapter like the Griffin iMate to use it on a modern Mac/PC.

Oh, okay. Well at least there will be no need for any key re-mapping for a modern Mac; despite the change of connector, the shift, ctrl, option and command keys haven't changed in decades... :)
