Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator

Have you tried editing a keyboard layout with this program? I've watched some videos and it looks very easy to use. It could be a good alternative or complement to my Autohotkey scripts, at least for some basic functions such as all the remappings I have of the RAlt combinations to generate different symbols.

I did and it's cool but the downside is that it solely works on windows, of course, and that it's local, so you have to export it on all the computers you use, granted that you have admin rights on them all.
My opensource projects: GH80-3000, TOAD, XMMX. Classified: stuff

Yes, I have used it to add the ` and ~ characters to my national keyboard layout.  To remap modifiers I had to rely on SharpKeys, instead.
A long space bar... what a waste of space!
