First of all I'd like to thank everyone that gave a feedback so far!
I read through them and that's what I'm planning to do:

• Add Latin Only Alphas Kit
• Switch Stepped Caps Lock to just Caps for consistency
• Consider Icons+Text on mods
• Consider adding a 1u (R2/R3) crowbar novelty
• Slight revision of the novelties
• Redo some renders with more consistent colors

For the novelties have you considered changing at least one set? the wings maybe since they're not so prominent on her
character considering when she streams you can't really see it. I'd suggest maybe using her hair ornament. Or hair ornament + ears.

I agree with this suggestion. I wasn't a fan of the wings as well but hopefully the hair ornament fits well with the board better.
Another suggestion that I'd find cute for a novelty would be tako with their fang!

I've been reading feedbacks and those are the changes I came up with:

• Changed the Hue/Saturation to make them more accurate
• Added Latin-only alphas kit

I also decided to rework the majority of the novelties, here are the changes:

• Tweaked the tentacle's outline (2.25u)
• Added the Kanji for Octopus (1u)
• Added a couple of tentacles (1.25/1.5u)
• Added single tentacle (1u)
• Added bubbles (1u)

I removed few novelties because they may be too much of a direct reference, the current ones may still be subjects to changes, especially 1Us. I'm thinking about adding another one, but I still have to decide.
For everyone asking about icons on mods, I think there's too much contrast between alphas with sublegends and clean icon-only mods, I may still consider icons+text tho.

I made few changes in this update:
- Due the popular demand I switched legends to be icons+text, I changed my mind and now I think they fit better with the set, I'm still not a fan of that Caps Lock though
- Reworked novelties
- I matched colors, so now renders are more accurate
- Added F13 in Base for better support to some layouts
- Added Tab in Latin only kit so that a second board can be covered
- Added 1u Back in 40s kit
- Added 6u off-centered in Spacebars kit
- Removed 1.25 Enter in 40s kit
- Changed / and * in numpad with ÷ and ×
- Updated all renders

As you can see, I adjusted some novelties to make them look better, I also added a stylized octopus because I think it's a nice inclusion, however I'm not going any further and make any direct reference to the inspiration.
While I still haven't asked GMK for a quote, I do believe that the pricing on the novelties kit as it is right now may be too high and prohibitive, because of that I'm quite sure I'll have to remove few accents I think will be less popular. I added a question on the IC Form just for that, so I can understand what's the general opinion about this, so please leave a feedback.
Talking about the deskmat, I'm still thinking about making one at all.
And finally, I'm happy to announce that Rocket Cables and I came up with a custom cable collab, I'll give more informations about that in the future.

To my knowledge, GMK only produces keycaps in ABS Cherry, so I believe the caps would be ABS, and not PBT

I compared my renders to the physical color swatch, meanwhile on the "Colors" image I used the hex RAL provides for that color. Hope that helps, I'll check them again though

I know this took a while, but here's the update:
Due new GMK guidelines I decided to change the theme of this set, now it's octopus inspired. This lead to few novelties changes and removals.
There are also a couple of kitting updates. I decided to drop accented arrows in base to allow native support for 40%, without having to rely on a child kit which may not hit MOQ.
I also reduced the spacebars kit to aim for a better price overall. The GB date has also been pushed back from May to June and the set will have zFrontier as CN vendor.
I refined the novelties removing less popular accents (~70% votes agreed to that) and revisiting the 2.25 enter tentacle and the 1u Kanji to make them look more polished.
There will also be a deskmat running with the set and a collaboration with Asero Foundry for a metal artisan, of which there may be a proto pic soon.

EDIT: Novelties have been revisited further and more changes were made.

Hope this isn't a dumb question, but. . .   Are GMK mini-spacebars the real thing with a rounded spacebar profile, or are they just. . .  blank Shift keys?  I've tried those before, but the sharp edge is not comfortable to bash with the side of my thumb.

I am pretty dedicated to my split spacebar layouts, and if GMK are now turning out "real" 2.25u and 2.75u spacebars, I'll jump on that.

Not sure on when, but GMK definitely created convex mini-bars molds at one point, so yes they're convex
