First keeb - which plate suits better for tofu65 acrylic with alpacas v2 ?

Im getting my first keeb and I have a quick question.
Is polycarbonate plate good choice for tofu65 acrylic +alpacas v2?(sound/feel wise) +case foam + stabs(deciding..)
only downside might be the too much flex right?
