Keyboard of the Month - November - TWO VOTES EACH
« on: Wed, 19 December 2018, 05:40:37 »
Okay everyone, due to November being long gone, I have decided to skip the nominations procedure and go straight to the vote. This means we will have more boards for you to vote for this month. it ALSO means I will provide everyone with TWO votes instead of one. If we have a tie, then we will have to have a run off vote.

Those boards for your consideration for November are:

Osty's LZ CLS MS

Lightning XI's Mekanisk Klippe

Some lovely shots in here

Lightning XI's Duck Octagon v1

A barebones image here

Jnlybean's custom with Boardwalk PCB and Halo True switches

Lightning XI's (seriously, another one?) Realforce 84u

More pictures and an explanation of mods here

Finally, we have subcat's Miyoshi Corp. x Realforce - 108SCK

Some beautiful shots here

This poll will last for 10 days to allow for the Christmas period. As I said, two votes per person to account for double the amount of boards this month.

Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Wow, Lightning with three(?!) boards. What if it's a tie with himself?

Very choice.

Much checkbox.

Good to see this back again :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I know, I really didn't want to put three of the same user's boards in but I had no choice!  :))

The shots are great! I should have posted the one in the box really, but they are all amazing.
