Zeal worked the design but I think is the Gateron who manufactures the switches.

Yeah, but he probably has some kind of rights on the whole thing. I hope he does, since he must have paid a fair sum for new stem molds.

It would be easier to pay a commission to imsto :-)
Anyway I really doubt that the has invested so much in an iso mold, we would see iso keycaps and addons and modifier sets everyday, bit it's not the case, so he didn't pay that much.
