Does some one know which profile and brand of key cap in the picture? (the white one with the heart , the F12 is  tai-hou oem profile for reference)

Looks like cherry profile keycap with dye-sub print. Quality of print is pretty bad so most probably unbranded / Chinese.

what's the underside of the white cap look like?
tai-hao are OEM profile
my guess is that the white cap is a dyesubed pbt cap that's probably cherry/dcs profile or a shorter OEM row than your F12 key.

here's a great thread by jacobolus on all the different keycap profiles: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=68550

the left one I got from KBDfan as a gift, just one key cap. it feel better than Tai-hou and slightly thicker but I can't find it list on their website.
I got their answer later that is cherry profile. not sure which row it's .

Almost looks like a bad copy of one of these from KeyPop.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
