I was just wondering what keycaps I needed to order for my ErgoDox, and then I realised there wasn't a layout sheet like there was for conventional boards.
Hence, I created one. I used 19mmx19mm for 1u, and a factor of 1.5x and 2x for 1.5u and 2u keys accordingly. I used the switch plate from litster's acrylic case design as a base to align the keycap position as accurately as I can.
Below attached are three copies:
1. Legal Landscape 300dpi - Left and Right next to each other at an angle just like the ErgoDox
2. A4 Portrait 300dpi - The left and right portions are not next to each other, rather right is below left
3. A4 Portrait 300dpi - The left and right portions are not next to each other, rather right is below left. However you can cut along the line in the center and overlap the dotted regions in both the halves and paste one over the other.
Also attached are CAD files and PNG in various formats for use, this includes each half (Can be mirrored for other half) in DCS profile and DSA/SA profile along with individual 1x, 1.5x, 2x keycaps.
Feedback is welcome.
Members are welcome to use these in GB layouts, if anyone wants this in some other format, feel free to ping me.

Added a third layout, A4 hseet can be cut in between and stuck to get a better layout.

Here are the keycaps I plan on using on the ErgoDox, waiting for others to arrive.

Awesome job, mohitgarg.

Thanks.
Hopefully people find a use for it.

Thanks.

I know I will. I have two PCBs inbound, and not a clue how people set up their ErgoDoxes. Bunch of posers, always posting pictures showing all blank caps... :p
Thanks for sharing these!

Just realised I haven't uploaded a vector fiel for those who may want it for GBs.
Will upload it soon.
