Would anyone be willing to take up the international distribution job since the OP is unwilling to ship more than 20 sets to overseas?
Shame... if these were white on black I would be in...That's physically impossible. See the discussion thread. Unless you want pad printed ABS keys, then that isn't happening and nobody seemed to want pad printing, especially when its even more expensive than this.
Okay so I updated the OP with everyone who has PM'd me... if you posted in this thread and your name isn't on that list, its because I didn't get/see your PM, so resend or something.
Counts are doing pretty good already, remember that we're going to hit AT LEAST the 75 key mark for every key except the random, and at least 50 for that, so really you can go ahead and ignore the pricing at 25 keys and mostly for 50 keys. I know that makes a huge difference... my order went from $37 to like $20 last time.
I'll be posting it on reddit and elsewhere when I can, I'd like to actually do something other than work on this or do hw for once, maybe like, play SC2 or something, perish the thought! I'll probably get to it tomorrow.
Btw, you guys should see the masterpiece of a spreadsheet I created for these GBs... I'll take some pics of it later once it's filled out with data to show it to you, does everything I need. Took me all day though. XD
In other news, I went by the post office today and it isn't $15 for flat rate boxes, it's $21(he didn't say if there even was a flat rate envelope,) and would be much cheaper for me to find boxes/envelopes of my own to ship them in. So, I'll likely be buying a bundle of envelopes off of Amazon like suggested elsewhere and just shipping them individually. I'm not going to restrict international orders again just yet but we'll see how that goes. I'll probably just be charging a baseline $10 or $15 depending on the cost, and not having to worry about it. Hopefully mailing envelopes is cheap though, so its $10 and not $15. I'm going to fill an envelope with keycaps and do a test run and talk to them more about it.
TLDR: Stay tuned for international shipping details, I'm still working em out. And order more keys, they aren't going to be $4 a key.

Good question and idea. Yes that's what I'm hoping for but I haven't been able to talk to Melissa about getting them both out at the same time yet. That should save some people a decent amount of money. Basically you'd save the $5 and the handling is $2 instead of $1, make sense? I'll put that in the OP later today after I get done this hw.
Interesting. It does seem like there is going to be a decent amount of international demand. I'm going to double check those figures but I'm okay with removing the limit if everyone is alright with those shipping options. Since the price difference is quite a bit more, I'd be willing to offer both as long as you specify. That does save me some hassle.

If only those were available in black...You can't have the detailed designs (and multiple colours) without Dye sub (or pad print). You can't Dye Sub on a black key. No-one wants black printing.

If you guys want to just gift the payment to me, I have the totals as follows. It seems many of you aren't getting the invoices from Paypal even though the addresses I have sent them to are correct. Keep in mind that if you gift them you don't have to pay the fees, so these totals will be about a dollar or so lower than the total I have sent in your invoice. You will not see the individual breakdown of where the fees come from like everyone else has so you're going to have to do the math yourself to check if I'm wrong or not. Also you MUST put your shipping address in the gifted payment or else it may not include it in the notification I get. I'd rather not go hunting around for shipping addresses more than I already know I'm going to.How is it that a couple of them are paying less than the set costs?

These are prototypes of the designs, sent to me for changes. Turns out the SVGs we sent in weren't 100% black according to Melissa, she assumed we'd want them to be black so the top row is them with the proper black that we wanted, and what the final designs will look like. The bottom row is how we sent the svgs in, and it has this red halo effect. The other issue was with the companion cube, the pink isn't really showing up really well, so we're making it more of a medium pink, not fluorescent pink, but a medium pink. The oranges look like they might be a bit reddish but with white balance and color profiles on monitors these days I'm sure you all know that that's probably not the keys' fault. I told her just to make sure they were orange IRL, and I'm sure they will be.
Other than that... they look AWESOME!

I love the hell out of bubblemailers so if your work just throws them out for no reason then I may be interested in 2-3 thousand.
LOL, about the bubblemailers, I'll start collecting them at work. Once I have some, I'll send them to someone in a box. (or, I can send them individually for the cost of shipping, but that's less useful)
I can only get about 1-5 daily, As it depends on what arrives.
They use them for small plastic parts (Mainly for Fujitsu tablets), and often they come unsealed in a box. If they don't want the part back (which is common for the smaller parts) then we normally throw away the thing.
I can also get tons and tons of cheap bubblewrap, but it's really more useful for larger items.
Just start collecting = p. No rush. Send me a Fujitsu tablet ; pI have two broken ones you can have :p

My functionalities for each key (why I put them in the order they're in/how I interpret the keys):
Esc - self-explafunct (I hate writing "self-explanatory" so I made up a new word..)
F1 - Lower Brightness
F2 - Increase Brightness
F3 - Ctrl+Option+Cmd+8 (Mac users know)
F4 - Cmd+Q
F5 - Screenshot (in a way, the turret is taking its own version of a picture)
F6 - Click/Drag Screenshot area (getting more directly hit.. starting to get my interpretations?)
F7 - [not set]
F8 - Force Quit menu
F9 - Open Skype (to talk with my companions)
F10 - Clear Browsing Data (Chrome, need I explain why? I do? Octopus porn.) *originally I wanted the cake to have no functionality at all, but it needed something.. I also programmed it to cause the Caps Lock LED to blink.
F11 - Open Chrome (both icons look similar to me, minus the colors)
F12 - Eject
F13-15 are my volume controls. They don't need anything special.
Note that these functions are being tweaked to updated interpretations.

Also Sixty's set had 170 keys, I think if we did that via dyesubs it would be super expensive, since \KL's set of 87 keys ran for like 90 something at 170 keys it would be double that? I think we should stick with 87 keys instead if thats the case lol

PBT does feel like boobies though. :P
They don't match any of the rows because SP produces Cherry-style caps and, therefore, have a different profile for their keycaps than a Filco/Leo/Noppoo/WASD/Das/Rappoo/Deck/XArmor.
Actually the Noppoo POM/PBT keys have identical key profile to Cherry.
