[Help] Lifted solder pad on kbd67mkII
« on: Fri, 07 April 2023, 21:12:59 »
Hello all! I'm new to the hobby so pls go easy on me. I was trying to fix some bad switches and after resoldering one of them, the switches before it in the row stopped working. (In my case it was a 6, so esc to 6 now don't work even though they worked fine prior to resoldering.) I think that I lifted the pad while desoldering (I cheaped out on the sucker so I had to go multiple times) since other problems with rows of keys dying lined up with my experience, and the pad looked different. Thankfully it's just one, and it's on a decently common pcb (kbd67 mkII) but it's a black pcb and I don't really understand how to bridge pads or how it links back to the controller. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and many thanks.
