Let's go out for some sushi, I could go for a big plate of sashimi

mmm sushi and sashimi.  hamachi and toro are my favorites. :)

Hnngggggg! Toro is my fav, haven't had it in years though :'(

there are several japanese markets where i live, so once in awhile we get a large piece of sashimi grade fish and cut it up at home.  so tasty and much cheaper than getting it from the restaurants.

Nothing beats Blue fin tuna belly or perhaps a hamachi collar with some super frraken awesome rice. Uno is also one of my favs especially with a dab of soy sauce and wasabi to enhance its flavor (personal pref)

Uni is the best and tastes 8x better than ikura that I can assure you. It isn't salty like how fish eggs would be.
