It looks NIB to me—in which case it's a dang good deal. I can't be sure, though, as the seller says simply:

NIB $105 would be an instant buy for me. That's why I even tried.  :-X

It's very clean for its price, but I wouldn't call it NIB. As far as I can see that's just some random styrofoam and not an original Model F box. And apparently the one half of the cable was wrapped around the keyboard and then just thrown in the box with the rest of the cable and plug under it, which isn't ideal for conservation also.

Edit: After looking again, I have to admit that the top piece of the styrofoam box must be for a keyboard, so it's not completely "random", but nevertheless, it's not a model f xt box like the ones I've seen.

Dude, do you live so far from the US border that you can't have stuff sent to one of the many mail-receiving places there, then drive down to pick it up? Here in Vancouver, we use this place just over the WA border. They're quite reliable, and charge only a couple of bucks to receive each package. I'm sure there are many similar places clear across the US/Canada border. But maybe you've already thought of that.
