Where can I buy good quality Colemak keys for Cherry switches?
« on: Tue, 13 September 2011, 17:57:57 »
:tongue1:

I recently put Colemak on a Brown keyboard but all the keys are different levels.

Does anyone know where I can buy some or when the next group buy will be? Thanks! :high5:

If you don't mind engraved, I think you can order a set with lettering of your choice for each key from WASDkeyboards.com
Kinesis Contoured Advantage & Advantage2 LF with Cherry MX Red switches / Extra keys mod / O-ring dampening mod / Dvorak layout. ErgoDox with buzzer and LED mod.
Also: Kinesis Advantage Classic, Kinesis Advantage2, Data911 TG3, Fingerworks Touchstream LP, IBM SSK (Buckling spring), Goldtouch GTU-0077 keyboard

I like my WASD, as the legends are somewhat hard to see. I consider this a good thing.

Of course, if you want the opposite "onti-otaku" look, you can get really impressive doubleshot keys.

(I'm considering getting a let of A-Z in black on darkgrey, myself)

Laser etching is now available as well if you want higher visibility. BTW, there is already a Colemak preset design in the Custom Keyboard Designer so you don't need to change everything around yourself.
