Windows 7 with a visual style called Ikea, wallpaper is called 184 and the taskbar icons are from the Prime suite. All of these can be found on deviantART.
To center the icons I just made a bunch of empty text files, renamed them to .exe files, gave them blank icons and put them on the taskbar.
Media player is foobar2k with a very basic layout using the new default UI system rather than the old columns and panels plugins.

Thanks! I posted the wallpaper in reply 441. I've had that wallpaper for a while now. I cleaned up some of the icons before I took that screenie.

Previously in the thread, I had hinted that my desktop was cluttered, and that's why I posted that. I already posted the plain wallpaper, if you REALLY want it that bad...

vun, thats a different way to center tskbar icons, I used to do it like this...
create folder under your user account, rename it to (Alt+255), right click taskbar>new toolbar and select the folder without a name, unlock the taskbar and drag the grabber near the systray left, then the one near the start to the right until you have the desired offset and lock the taskbar again. This way it will keep autocentering when you open other things even non pinned. Also if you like you can go back to that nameless folder and go to customize and assign it a blank icon and no one would see that folder if they are browsing in explorer.

Ah, thanks, I didn't know about that. I haven't really had a need to center icons before, so I just did it the obvious way.

I don't get why people use meters all the time.  I only use them when I'm overclocking or trying to diagnose a performance issue.

I prefer performance metric routines running so if something does go wrong I have an immediate record of what the system was doing.

Rather than waiting until something wrong, turning monitoring on, then trying to duplicate the situation.

Or perhaps just one of those silly wide Dell monitors?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

the image is 3200x900, so more than likely it's two 16x9 monitors. Most likely dual 1080p monitors. I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say dual 23"?

Made some revisions to my long used rainmeter skin, cause it was getting kind of boring... making things go at angles is kind of annoying to do. I think it's looking more interesting again now.
