Kinesis Ergonomic

Is the Kinesis Ergonomic a mechanical keyboard? I'm not sure, I think I've heard them mentioned having MX browns, but I know a lot of manufacturers have both mechanical and rubber dome boards.

What would be a fair price for a used one?

Any Kinesis board I've seen in my travels of the internet has been a mechanical, 99 percent of them being Cherry Brown switches.

As for the price of a used one, no idea!
