There is the Phantom. There are several threads and lots of posts on it already. There was a group-buy for everything but the case a few years ago. Since then small runs of PCBs and switch plates have been made now and then. You can also buy a PCB from mechanicalkeyboards.com.

The PCB/plate assembly was designed to fit inside the case of a Filco tenkeyless, which means that it also fits inside many (but not all) replacement cases for it. It also fits inside the case from a CM Storm Quickfire Rapid if you modify it on the inside.

If you are not satisfied with the existing designs or want to cut/print them yourself, the plate and PCB designs should be available on this board somewhere.
