We compromise and have the meetup in Pittsburgh. Duh.
Okay so initially this was just a joke, but then jacobsmirror started looking into venue options in Pittsburgh and now he and att1cus have agreed to co-host the meetup in Pittsburgh if desired. So we'd have a slightly more population-central location for those driving in, and a killer combo of hosts for the event. I've never been to Pittsburgh, but I've heard great things about its recent revitalization efforts, so it seems like a great option.
My current thought is to go forward considering
Pittsburgh as the final-round city, in place of a merged Columbus and Philadelphia, and have that go against
Atlanta for one final round of voting. Does anyone have strong feelings against this? Discuss.
