[IC]Gateron Dyesub Keycaps

Hi, I am back w/ another IC.

As some of you may know, there are Gateron dyesub caps. These are PBT keycaps, and then dyesubbed. They are in Cherry profile, and feel really nice.

As far as set colors go, Purple on Beige, Red on Beige (RA), and Black on Grey will be available. I am looking into getting Blue on Beige (Olivetti).

The Black on Black/Gray look like the ones Ivan ran, so similar to the RF Black keycaps.
I plan to start the GB in ~1 month

I know there was a 6u spacebar in the blank GB just wanted to make sure it's included in this set, also what's the price like? I think they were around $80-$100 on taobo(spelling?).

Well, I've never heard of 6.5u spacebar.
AFAIK, there are just 3 kinds of spacebars, that is, 6u, 6.25u, and 7u thus far.

However, the seller did make new 6x and 3x spacebars. the formaer is for blackwidow, and the latter is for Filco minila


I just bought them from Taobao.
I assume I would get it tomorrow, I can show a picture if it really fit Blackwidow. But I don't have minila.

The price of 3x and 6x spacebar is 15RMB per one.

I'm super excited about this and with a fast turn around d think this could be a hugely successful GB. If the price is right I would be interested in

Classic beige/black on beige

Red on beige

Blue on beige/Olivetti

In theory I would want 3-4 sets depending on price and at the least 1-2

Yeah, all keys that fit Standard and WKL are included, I can get a pic of all of the caps now. I had to leave for some driving lessons ~30 min after I posted this.

I always figured the prices on TaoBao were wacked and didn't really have any basis on actual cost. The same set that goes for $46 through one seller goes for $180 through another seller.

$75 is fine, but I'd buy more sets if it was less!

Beige is possible, but Classic Beige GMK is launching today and I would much rather have people support Photek, in which he has spent 6+ months planning, and answering questions for.

Sorry I wasn't very clear. I was thinking a milk+gray with red vs the beige on red of traditional RA.

I'm just not a big beige fan. Always looks slightly dirty to me.

They have ISO enter keys, but separate. I will look into having them dyesubbed. I am not big on what the different ISO's are, so I just might add in ISO enter & the other one or 2 keys for the most basic support.
