Unfortunately I have to announce that due to low sales, the GMK Alchemy Group Buy will be cancelled shortly by all vendors.

Vendors will remove all kits and accessories from sale today and if you have already purchased anything you should receive an email shortly regarding refunds. Please contact your vendors directly if you haven't heard anything in a few days.

This news is given with a heavy heart as it's AKB's first foray into the keycap world, but I can assure you it won't be the last. For the time being I'll put all my focus into the boards we have on the horizon, with an announcement for the Aella 75% coming shortly!

On a serious note, I'm torn on which deskmat. They all look so good, especially the all-seeing light and dark.

I love the classic look of this set. It is perfect for anyone looking to make a retro build. Nice work on the RAMA and the deskmats. I ordered all sets and the RAMA. Good luck with this set. I think it will go under the radar and in the future everyone will be wanting to know if there were extras.

It will only get cancelled if people don't support it early on. If you have any intent to buy or you just want to support designers, order now and get the numbers up, please don't leave it all to the last minute like most sets or your prediction might just come true, and this classic set might not actually happen. It is also unlikely to ever return as a result and that really would be a shame.

Last month Red Alert was in a similar position and look how many people got involved and put the numbers up.

I was a big fan when Chris Swire's first created this set but DSA isn't for me. Was really excited to see it come to cherry profile. Huge bummer. Best of luck with your future endeavors.

"surprised" Really? I likes this set, but I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often with the absurd amount of sets going to GB lately. With 5 sets going on at the same time, all the time, someone is going to end up loosing out.
What I would be curious to know, is if the IC results predicted it would be a large success? How many people responded to to the form/poll vs how many people respond to more popular sets?

I would say just wait and stay tuned. It is too good not to make it at some time.
