I responded to the email, but I want to make sure it's not an issue that occurs for others without them noticing.

Not sure if the actual information is correct on spreadsheet, and getting formatted when populating the email form, but my postal/area code starts with a zero (0), and in the email I received for confirmation, it appears to have been cut off. My actual postal code is akin to 01234, but the email dropped the leading zero (0) and listed it only as 1234. Confident this is just a formatting issue where leading zeroes are clipped for display, but everyone should double-check to be safe.

I haven't heard back from my email response to PlastikSchnittstelle on this, so he may be well aware and the actual address info in the main file is correct, but better to catch this earlier on if its an actual problem.

yep, it was excel culling the zeros. it's simple for me to correct, I have the file where the postal codes are correct. It just happened when I copied from google sheets to excel in order to then make it a *.cvs file. though this step wasn't even necessary because I could have exported from google sheets directly to cvs.

...wait, some postal codes are actually already wrong in the google sheet. some have a first zero, some not although they should have one. many were immediately aware of this and have already replied regarding their postal code.

UPDATE / shipping preparations

I just posted an update on reddit, they need some attention too. Like written over there, I've done most of the address updating. Most replies I got were regarding the phone number. When uploading cvs data for shipping I'll run into trouble when the phone numbers include symbols like brackets, spaces or are just generally too long. That's why I tried formatting them by formula, which then resulted in some errors. I think the zeros at the start can generally be left away. Just all addresses at once via cvs will not work anyway, I have to split up per country and further buy amount of items/cases per box. Nothing about this whole thing is simple.

I don't understand why you're running into problems with leading zeroes.  Just set the data type to "Text" and it'll render the zeroes in the spreadsheet.  I assume you're using Excel or Google Sheets.  It'll only cull the zeroes when you have a data type that your spreadsheet wants to do some math on, but you don't need that for post codes or phone numbers.
