want say is very hard work in every process But it almost done finally, so i am show this keyboard here .
Bear 65% ergo, which features ergo and keycaps compatibility from Alice layout, and adds arrow keys for people like you who may prefer 65% over 60%, with the satisfying typing experience via gasket mounting system, and most important of all: the 'bear' logo on top and bear claw on the back!

1) Founder’s Edition (FE): full brass (10 units, numbered #1-10). Will be sold through a raffle. Price: around $680
2) Regular edition (non-FE): PC and Aluminum (Around 200 units). Will be sold FCFS through a Google form.Price: around $380 (default kit with a brass weight)
Case colors:
New coating: baby blue, pink, e-white
Anodizing: black, silver
Plate materials: PC, brass, Aluminum.
Plate colors: TBD
Shipping ETA: 3-4 months after GB closing date, 6 months max, assuming there are not issues with QC, I may hire a few people to help me out with that.

For baby blue / pink color, we will try a brand new way of coating: skin-like coating (a.k.a. "new coating" that I mentioned in previous communication), which is different than regular coating (powder or cerakote). The finish of this "new coating" will be matte instead of glossy, and it will be really smooth (like skin) when you touch it. In addition, via this "new coating", we can achieve better consisitency for the color of top and bottom cases (if you choose the same color for top and bottom).
Disclaimer: The baby blue / pink color in the render is based on anodized aluminum, while the way we did in prototype and we will do in production for these two colors will NOT be traditional anodizing. Therefore, you will not expect to have the exact same baby blue / pink color as the render. If you are not sure about this "new coating" (only for baby blue / pink), you can always choose anodized silver, anodized black, e-white, and polycarbonate, which are awesome choices as well.

I feel like the single key on the right looks a little out of place. Have you considered doing a mirror of the left key cluster?I like this idea, but also something like a rotary encoder would look great there as another option.

OK, but if you look at the Virgo by Flex and you get rid of the TKL part, you can get ISO on an alice type layout - although I do prefer the look of ansi on those boards

Maybe the reason some people don't like the bear at the bottom of the board is because it is too close to the edge and keys without leaving any natural space around it. Maybe making the logo a bit smaller would help with that. Does that make sense ?

yes i know it would increase the price but i think its something most would not mind paying. maybe take away the engraving of "Bear 60" since i know that is an extra cost to make the full bear claw a weight. I just love heavy keebs like everyone else and that weight seems so small and would barely add weight to a PC keeb which is already light. Maybe??? I mean with it being a 65 i doubt you'd layer much. So it'd probably be for like caps lock and such. per-key RGB or at least for caps + windowed keycap would be tight.

I liked the Maja for a long time, but I think I prefer this layout. It seems like it better-maintains the symmetry of the original Alice layout while adding arrows. Certainly, to each their own, I just really like what you've done with this one, OP.That said it still irks me that the case is not actually symmetric. I understand that the addition of arrows without removing some mod keys makes that impossible, but the slightly longer right side bugs me for some reason. Haha

1) Founder’s Edition (FE): full brass (10 units, numbered #1-10). Will be sold through a raffle. Price: around $680
2) Regular edition (non-FE): PC and Aluminum (Around 200 units). Will be sold FCFS through a Google form.Price: around $380 (default kit with a brass weight)

New coating: baby blue, pink, e-white

Plate materials: PC, brass, Aluminum.

For baby blue / pink color, we will try a brand new way of coating: skin-like coating (a.k.a. "new coating" that I mentioned in previous communication), which is different than regular coating (powder or cerakote). The finish of this "new coating" will be matte instead of glossy, and it will be really smooth (like skin) when you touch it. In addition, via this "new coating", we can achieve better consisitency for the color of top and bottom cases (if you choose the same color for top and bottom).
Disclaimer: The baby blue / pink color in the render is based on anodized aluminum, while the way we did in prototype and we will do in production for these two colors will NOT be traditional anodizing. Therefore, you will not expect to have the exact same baby blue / pink color as the render. If you are not sure about this "new coating" (only for baby blue / pink), you can always choose anodized silver, anodized black, e-white, and polycarbonate, which are awesome choices as well.

Hm, i dont really like the new baby blue coating. it looks like a plastic case imo. Its a nice blue to some for sure, but I was looking for a more subtle blue, so the more silver-ish light / baby blue from the renders was perfect for me personally :) it might be better for others tho, who wanted a more "blue-ish" case :)

it will result in over 1000 orders. while it would be ideal for everyone to get a board, the logistics of manufacturing, QCing and delivering a single run of 1,000+ units is an actual nightmare that very few want to deal with. i personally would not do it. if i was running a GB like this, the absolute max i would deliver is 400 units, plus the inevitable b stock QC rejects.

Why there was short shift ,since pcb was new do this layout so it have issue ,it already fixed and we will do prototype again to test it perfectly
No worry about that due to make a new one pcb need wait long time so we will do it later

1.if I can’t handle the quantity I won’t open Gb 2.coating work with senter by fox lab 3.on s7 it only 100 so I do it almost time 3.for bear if it have much orders then also factory have more employe and I will work with a team finish this GB
Last warning :if you worried about this ,dont buy will be okay ,although run 10 pcs it still have risk
GB ETA :4-5 month QC 1month ,before 2021
