Yea, it can be brutal, with no promises... esp if you want to avoid big law. lol.... I have an undergrad in biochem so i'll be good for taking the patent bar exam to "sub specialize" if you will.

Most firms I know of look for Ph.D's to do biotech patent work.  And yes, I know that's crazy stuff.  How many lawyer -PhD -patent specialists can there be?

Very true. Honestly though, not looking into research or hardcore work like that.... Most often times they just choose a candidate they can pay less, which is usually the one without the Ph.D... Just looking to be the most versatile of an attorney because of the job market. Worst thing you can do is be a poli-sci,etc. major with no grad work as a freshly-minted vanilla/regular ol' J.D. Truly, in the end... It's all about your hustle.

ORLY? I am interested for less than $90, was supposed to get a depth black in a trade and then got forgotten and the CC was sold. It will probably turn out OK but I still want one.
