Ok, I had to chase down the mail lady to get the package. lol Usually she would come by around 2pm but today, when I got home at 12:30pm I saw a notice in my mailbox so I was like.. oh crap. Drove around the block until I saw her, ran over with the notice and she said she still has it in her car.

When I first saw the package I was a little nervous and here's why:

So I quickly opened the package and everthing seems ok inside:

So since I know you guys want the package ASAP, I didn't have the time to get those flat rate priority boxes. I just packed them into those keyboards boxes I got from EK, etc. I shipped them out today and the person at the counter said you guys should receive them by Saturday.

I'll PM each of you the Delivery Confirmation number so you can track your packages.

These sets have a Num Lock, but the keys miss the numpad numbers on the sides.

Yes, I noticed that. However, I think these key caps are really designed for the 106U, instead of the 87U. In that case you would not need the numbers printed on the sides. I personally never want to use the virtual numpad, due to the awkward layout, so I actually appreciate the cleaner look.

The price of 87U + the price of new keycaps is more expensive than Typenow Solid.

I like Typenow Solid and all but I don't know.. $400 for a Cherry switch keyboard is a little too much for me but who knows. I might get one later if there's a group buy or something. =D

TypeNow Solid has a aluminum case. But the keycaps are lasered caps, and it is a Leopold inside. Realforce keycaps are dye sub. Besides TypeNow Solid's case, Realforce's keyboard PCB, overall build, and keycaps should be considered superior over TypeNow Solid's components. Cherry switches vs. Topre switches is a separate debate :-).

I think that with the price of the keycaps I bought and the Realforce 87U I will be buying I would be able to buy 2 of the Typenow Solid but I prefer Topre :whoo:

I had to buy 3 of this sets. And I'm just wondering if I will be ordering different colours and type if they're in stock after I receive mines on August. Need MOAR Topre Keycaps.

Can't wait to see the combination between blank blue and blank white. I'm thinking about purchasing the Green set from Verkkokkaupa to have a RGB set for Topre.

A Korean customer cancelled his blue lettered set and cactux reserved it for me, hence the lucky blue lettered set.

yellow is the best for the black board,
and blue fits white board,

I want my blues on the RF87UB. I think black with blue is a nicer combo.
