Handwire advice

So i have tried cnc my own PCB for four key pad. Well not gonna work as it should be double sided and I cannot solder so fine at both sides and due to that decided to handwire it to the micro pro and use the PCB as a 'case'. Have never been soldering a micro for keyboard so would love an advice. Also i have the led holes drilled so thinking of using them and would I need diodes for the keys. Thank you in advance

:) Indeed it will be. I have two hardwired KB but with Teensy. But the 4 key is something strange :D also the micro but will give it a try.
