I can't wait on this GB.  Is there any way that it would be able to take ISO for UK keys?

Most likely OP will release a ISO plate file ( Crossing ISO fingers ) The zeal60 PCB already supports ISO :)

I will release ISO plate files. The current plan is to make another custom PCB without ISO, however the case will be compatible with Zeal60 rev 4 which has ISO support and can have a JST SH connector added so it connects with the supplied daughterboard USB-C PCB and cable. The case should also be compatible with other 60% PCBs like HS60 if the daughterboard cable is soldered to the PCB.

EDIT: if you are wondering what the hell am I gonna do with the Thermal PCB after I replace it with a new PCB, you can either keep it in case you sell the Thermal, or sell it to a Keycult No. 1/60 owner  :D

Shoot, this properly means no red zeal60 Rev 4, damn haha ^-^

Care to elaborate why you are removing ISO compat from a Thermal PCB? I thought you guys was all about flex  :p

Also, would the plates be sold separately?

My aim for this GB is to sell extra plates and PCBs, as well as let the user choose the case and plate color combination. So for example, you can buy the black with red plate, and get an extra silver plate should the red plate not match some keycaps you'd like to use.

I think Zambumon was saying that it’ll be less than that, not more. I seem to remember Wilba saying somewhere that it would be less than the Xeno, which was 420. But that might be a bit different since it’s being produced by Rama now.

We're not getting any blue case options, I get that. I still wonder how Striker (which I already bought) would look on - say - the red case. Zambumon? It might look "off" or it might look dope. I'm lacking the imagination for it.

My recommendation for Striker is to use the silver case with a red plate, that would be similar to what the second type of jerseys they had.

There are some renders of Striker with that color combination on the GB threas

Please no fancy packaging.
I:m sure YouTubers love that for their flexing videos, but man I really hate having to pay extra for, on top of an already costly kit, something that I'll only look at once & probably never again.
At least a TX bag is a thing you can keep using.

Your opinion is entirely valid and I understand why/agree that the argument should be at least brought up, but I know for a fact a lot of people (not youtubers) feel very differently. Many have stated the m60 is the most fun they've had unboxing a board and whilst that's something that you only do once per purchase, it's still a relatively important process (especially for those who buy often). Additionally, neither of the keyboards Rama's ran thus far have really been super expensive, $350 for the M60 (which sold a huge number of units) was a really good price for what you got and I think that if anything the packaging offer adds to that rather than taking away from it.

ne hotswap avail?

If you used an M60-A PCB ;D
I actually have an m60-a pcb on order, are you confirming that it will work with this board?

Also, ANY Chance of you adding some extra colors for the Plate? Seems like availability of other colors (perhaps a Blue, Green, rose gold) would have been awesome with this board, as this would have allowed pairing with various sets of all colors, since the plate color stands out so much.

Based on the OP, I think Wilba wants to limit the colors to red/silver/black and have red as the main theme for this batch of keyboards.

No... this would just add complexity to the manufacturing and fulfilment. Thermal will be produced by Foundry using Rama Works manufacturing with the same expectation of quality and presentation. Shipping raw, unfinished cases is not congruent to their style. Even if it was, anodization protects the surface, and manufacturers prefer not to ship unanodized parts. Whoever does the cerakote will know what to do with an anodized aluminium case.
