SP DCS ISO kit profiles

The ISO kit at
http://keyshop.pimpmykeyboard.com/products/full-keysets/standard-dcs-double-shot-abs-sets
has only 2 keys besides the left shift and Enter, the |\ and ~#. That would leave the 2@, '" and 3# keys untouched from the US Ansi layout.
What sense does that make, if any at all?
Which layout would make the most of that configuration? US International? It's OK but not fond of the dead keys.

You're right. It is neither. It happens to be the convention for group buys to let the ISO kit contain only those kits though ... Probably to keep the cost down.

The reason is that there are just too many ISO variants. It wouldn't make sense to cover all the needed keys.
The ISO kit is just meant to fill the gap, so you could use an ANSI set on your ISO board at all.
