Ok, wait wait wait.. now, ok, so it looks like, you can't get to that stupid net easily for cleaning. Not a deal breaker, but this is going to be a pain to deal, you gotta get in there with a brush or something, and vacuum it out on the sly.

OMG,  this BS1, air flow optimized. Go to 5:38 for teardown. 

There's gonna be alot of these coming to market, this one is the coolest so far.  Goes for $40usd in China.

I suspect knee pain may be worse when feet aren't planted on the ground, but hovering.

I use QGMLWB, which I understand to be somewhat optimized, but I don't know how much. (I'm happier with it than with QWERTY. It's hard to learn a new layout though.)
I suspect there's better ones, but I don't know how much better they may be.

I think ortho may have helped with hand pain.
Also having at most 1-key modifiers, and pressing the modifier with 1 hand and the actual key with the other, in order to not bend my hands in weird ways.
