Heya, welcome to Geekhack :)

There's quite a large range of Cheaper Gaming Mechanical keyboards on Amazon, I just had a look and there is one that suits your needs that you have listed, The Aukey 104 key RGB keyboard, It is a mechanical "gaming orientated" keyboard that uses Cherry MX compatible Outemu Blue switches so it's loud and clicky, also has preset lights and customisation as well as a sturdy backplate.

It is currently on sale for $59.99 USD on Amazon

There some good cheap keyboards.. I love my Ducky One TKL.  Corsair K65 or K70 could be a good option and they are quite popular.

One thing you want to think about is switches.  I found my Cherry MX Brown switches too "slow" for FPS/MOBA gaming and I bought another keybd with Cherry MX Red which are a bit easier/faster to press rapidly in succession (great for strafing in FPS for example)...
