Is it noticeably easier to not bottom out on MX Blues as compared to Browns, even when typing at a reasonable speed? Want to try Blues someday

my advice would be

start with my-switches

go for browns

or  blues

then reds

because you will learn not to bottom out much easier with my-switches. first 2mm are easy to press but after that you ll need more and more force to bottem them out. and your  bottoming will hurt you :D clears are comparable to the my switches :D

after that you could play with browns or blues because of the bump or klick and after you have the feeling for this brown bump you could try some reds :D
