I just thought of something tho. Doc showed Marty a newspaper article of Marty Junior being arrested from the day AFTER October 21st 2015. That way Marty would have time on the 21st to prevent it from happening. So technically the entire trilogy still didn't ALL happen in the past. Not until later today now anyway.
