A lot of people here would look on that as a feature, not a problem.  :))

Why so *****y?

I didn't provide my email here to get spammed.
Topping it by, "oh well, this looks interesting - Then - Sorry no can buy."
Makes me go "FU"

You do realize that I have nothing to do with this? I was responding in a tongue in cheek manner,  considering that most here don't want it,  but recognize the necessity. Your response however took a totally innocent reply and turned it on its heel as if I meant something towards you.

/me shrugs

Perhaps it's a difference in language and a true misunderstanding.   Yes,  that's what I'll take it as.

How about disable email spams in DEALS by default and send a PM to all saying hey guys we've had that great feature call email notification on DEALS.
If you want to get those, go into DEALS and enable it.

I'm not sure what you're even going on about?  I've never received an e-mail from the site in regards to deals.  Perhaps you can post the content here?  Perhaps its coming for another reason?  Did you try a deal and put in your e-mail or something?  If so, it's not GH sending the e-mails...

So if we were not signed-up automatically and I went there on my own and subscribe to these DEALS.
Then I just don't remember doing it. If it's the case... My very bad - at least for the subscription part.
