asian suprmarkt bought 50lbs,  @ 4lb per $1

Just toss em in oil and keg steak spice leave them in the oven for 20 minutes bam potato wedges

I like your style Sintpinty.

Depending on what kinda potates they are (this works well with yellow or white potatoes) you could also par-boil and then smash with the bottom of a glass into a broken disk sorta shape, brush with oil, season with garlic powder, parsley, and a little cayenne pepper & salt, pop them in the oven 400 F for 20-25 min ... that's a damn good meal if you ask me

Been eating 1lb of potato a day.  Super energy lvl .

quartered and baked, pinch of salt, no oil.
