Pic from local online auction - I'd love to rummage through those boxes. 1 or 2 look like Model M's / Ms/ Mmmms.  Anything special in here?

Anything is worth buying with an IBM logo that's (1) heavy and (2) the keys click. And I have a bridge to sell. YMMV. Void where prohibited by law.
I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.

I'd love to scrounge around in that pile. I think I see a Key Tronic and some of them are very good for (non-mechanical) boards.

The problem is that he sells all of his piles as a whole. You will have to take the monitors, printers and other kinds of outdated material as well.
IBM Model F XT + Soarer's USB Converter || Cherry G80-3000/Clears

The storage list:
IBM Model F AT || Cherry G80-3000/Blues || Compaq MX11800 (Cherry brown, bizarre layout) || IBM KB-8923 (model M-style RD) || G81-3010 Hxx || BTC 5100C || G81-3000 Sxx || Atari keyboard (?)

There's a model M front and center toward the top of photo, see SDL port on the back.  There are some other interesting boards there - see the double F key row lower left, dang this would be a blast to go through.

Based on the computer systems he has, he should have some kick butt keyboards there, unless they've been cherry picked already which is very possible.

As long as there are companies running legacy systems, there is a market for the outdated stuff.

Pun intended? :smile:
