Can someone lighten me up for the reason of putting the stepped Capslock in a modifier set instead of 80's? I don't want to purchase the whole modifier set for just 1 key that should always come in the TKL set

I like these a lot and am interested in trying the hammerworks keycaps but not having stepped caps lock in the base set is tough as I've pretty much built all my boards to have stepped capslock :\

There was stepped capslock in the IC thread (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=108288.0) but im not sure if they scraped those plans

Hi, I just want to make sure. AFAIK Hammerworks does PBT, but since the only confirmation I find is on DailyClack product page that this is PBT Cherry profile, can you maybe add this to the first post?
And if its PBT and Cherry, its safe to assume its the same mold as the latest CRP set, right?

The Monstargear drop downs were a little confusing but I think I figured it out. I went with the C64 Alphas and the Mac Kit. I'd love to have the stepped caps but I might throw some MT3 or SA caps in it one day anyway.

This set flew right under my radar, and as someone who is very nostalgic towards the 80s I might not be able to refuse it.

But it would be nice to have some extra renders on the typical common keyboards (rama, keycult, iron, whatever usual renders) in different colors, e-white, black, etc. Having difficulty to know how good it looks one something non-plastic.

Great looking set will join whenever it eventually appears on Drop.

I assume the "modifier" kit will have a second stepped capslock since it appears in the 80's kit.
A stepped control would have been nice replacement in "modifier" kit but great looking set regardless.

To be clear neither the groupbuy posting nor the interest check specified a GB end date. Two of the vendors who is selling it specified an end date of December 10/11th, others (such as mykeyboard) have not specified any end date or simply do not have the item listed at all (i.e. Drop). So any concern people seem to have is based on lack of information.

tbh, it doesn't really bother me waiting. it's just kind of telling in my eyes that we still haven't heard anything from either buger or drop, and that seems to be par for the course for buger for sure (and drop isn't much better in my experience).

waiting isn't a probelm, it's radio silence this early on that's kind of worrying.

I have no reason to be silent. On the one hand, I am very anxious. On the other hand, since no one has taught me, I seem to have mistaken a lot of network notification settings, which is too embarrassing.

I think you should learn from the PLASTIC set and how it was handled. DROP's problems are one thing but you needed to communicate to your audience separably and carefully. I bought the entire PLASTIC set and although it has taken an age, it does look like it is now on the way. I also bought the other TH01 sets and the case as I appreciated the design. I have noticed that you are communicating better on DISCORD the past while so please keep that up.

I went in on all the sets and resin caps apart from the MAC set as this seems somewhat at odds for a Commodore 64 themed set. Can't wait to get this and I plan on putting it onto a vintage Cherry G80. Good luck, keep working hard and keep communicating with the community. DISCORD is your friend.

However, I didn't expect that actual prints are blue, like not dark blue, but blue.
I thought it would be pretty dark, almost black. Set is amazing, love side prints etc, but I decided to sell mine on MM as really don't like that blue fonts.

Do you guys like this color?

I feel the same way. Was thinking the legends would be much darker. For some reason the blue doesn't even look that good on a board of the same color. Black or dark blue would have been so much better. I think they might look nice on frosted PC, but that's cheating since everything looks nice on frosted PC

I do like the side legends and I like the feel of the caps. If I had a suggestion for R2 it would be darker legends (black would be best, imo) and a warmer beige (current beige is a bit dull, like a dirty light gray).
