Can GMK actually to designs as complex, and with as many minute details as the renaissance novelties for this set? The dies are going to be an itch.. might cost more?
I won’t have the exact details unless there’s a final call between vendors and GMK. The only info I have right now is that GMK’s design team has confirmed that the novelties can be made, which also blew my mind! I tried to follow the tolerance guidelines and hoped for the best. I think I was just lucky enough. Hopefully, it won’t get too expensive tho.
Yes a BlOW/Calcite base kit please!
I am seriously considering this - split the base kit into two, an Ultramarine (White on Blue) and a full Calcite base kit, both with less keys, maybe split the numpad I guess? To cut the price point for each base kit

Yes a blue-on-white ("BloW") base kit plus the BloW high renaissance accent kit, for the "classic porcelain" look would be my preference if I can get this set within my budget.
As stated above, I would most likely split the base kits. Hopefully this decision would be for the best, as answers on the IC form tends to go inline with this kind of kitting
I'd make all the base kits monochrome. I'd imagine most people will be using the novelties in place of opposite colored modifiers. (The ones with good taste anyway..)

Any chance of a 40s kit and a short enter novelty?
I am seriously considering if I will still make a 40s kit as the demand looks to be too small as of the moment, hope you could help me know if there is enough interest with the 40s/ortho community

I believe this is a standard process during color matching stage. If it is, I definitely will.
The blue on white keys have an interesting old fashioned porcelain look to them
I think so, but the whole idea is just Lazurite being a main component of Lapis Lazuli’s blue color commonly seen on calcite marbles hence the BloW colorway.
