Title: equivalent community for high end aesthetic computer cases?
Post by: offbrandchad on Tue, 11 February 2020, 09:56:25
I've been into keebs for a while and I feel like there is a wonderful appreciation for the form and function of the keyboard, but where are the computer case enthusiasts to go with these keyboards?

I'm not really into the gamer-y aesthetic and all the high-end cases I've ever seen fall into that category for me.

I'm a woodworker and I'm thinking of just making my own pc wrapper on top of my generic case, but It will be bulkier than I'd like. I'm also concerned with how to keep thermals from skyrocketing.

Thoughts?

overclock.net is good for high end pc's of all flavors.
The small form factor scene has several really good sites with smallformfactor.net probably being the biggest.

You can do a wrapper no problem.

Small form factor parts will give you the creative space to use m0ar wood.

With bigger boards, no matter what you do, the result ends up looking like a filing cabinet.
