Title: Broken keycap replacement

Hello!

A stem of one of the keycaps on my QFR Red has broken. Is it possible to get replacement keycaps from CM Storm?
I filed a ticket to CM Storm 5 days ago, but haven't received an answer yet.

It's been 16 days and I'm still waiting for an answer to my question from CoolerMaster.com customer support....that's just bad...

I'm not sure if it is available for Romania, but in US they have a chat feature on the support website, maybe you could try that?

Chat feature has been excellent to me with a dead cable. I highly recommend it over filing a traditional ticket
