There is a member of the community named GON - he makes custom artisian Cherry MX keyboards. He has expressed somewhat of an interest in doing Alps boards but his hurdle is in acquiring keycaps for said boards. Can you reach out to him?
As for now, the biggest barrier for me in Alps is "Keycaps".
Alps does not have firm standard reference like CHERRY.
I think I need someone who will co-operate for caps, while I work for the PCB and Housing. ;)
