It has not happened, you didn't miss anything. We're waiting for it to officially start, at which time he will post the email address. Also, it seems like he'll be posting a start time before it actually starts, but I'm not certain on that.

How many choices can we have? Can we make a list of say 10 in order and get the first 3 that we listed, if available?

Some people did that for 4grabs and received 3 clacks vs some people only getting 1.
