A shame no Norde though Why has iso uk become the default iso layout? If only having one, iso de would make more sense. Much more overlap with other European layouts.

If you check closely on the ISO UK kit, it's incomplete because there is no "$ 4 €" key due to the japanese sublegend. NorDe kit is full of those kind of keys and it would definitely denaturate the aesthetic of the keyset. As french, if this would have been possible i'd add a AZERTY FR/BE kit too (even if i never use it).

Ah, I see your logic now. Not sure I agree but ok. You could skip the third character, the "AltGr" characters and not having to denaturate the aestetic.

Like, I'm Swedish. We have 2"@, 4¤$, +?\, <>| etc. Just 2", 4¤,+? would be completely fine. Lots of other kits have made that choice.

I added the physical 40% compat on the base kit, i wonder how you feel about it? I read some good feedbacks on this addition on several recent GBs.

So, the physical compatibility is specifically recommended for GMK keycap sets. This is due to the 100 unit MOQ on GMK child kits paired with the higher costs of GMK sets. As there is no MOQ on ePBT child kits and they are very affordable, there is no reason to not offer a full kit over a very compromised base kit inclusion.

A big huge kit that supports everything costs half as much as the already overpriced keyset. As ddds aesthetic has shown you can support 40s twice over and still be under the budget of a gmk set. So to not do a proper 40s kit with epbt would be very disappointing  and I hope you can reconsider as the set looks amazing now that I have seen it.

I think most would probably agree with this, but the scroll lock should definitely have an led window, or at least there should be both in the base if some don't want it. I think the scroll lock where it is without side printing breaks up the "business" of the top legend with side printing nav keys that make this set look so unique. The scroll led would just add more to that unique look.

Japanese legends have been reviewed with the help of kidviddy
Adapted base / spacebars to fit with the addition of 40 kit.
added windowed keys kit
Switched "code" to "System" to fit more the main theme.

also, a few kitting comments ...

• TEXT kit does not have a (mod and/or accent colored) Esc key i see it is in revised kit!
• ALPHA colored spaced bars (6.25u and 7u) are only available in BASE kit - mod colored available but not ideal imo
• NUMPAD does not have kana legends (possible to side print?)

... because of the first two bullet points, it is not cost effective to assemble a keyboard with KANA and TEXT kits. the third bullet point is just an observation.

Couple questions:
- the arrow keys from the original wapuro (the grey from the base kit and the orange ones from the novelties) were a nice detail, can you add them?
- why not ISO kit apart from UK?

i am really interested in kana and text kits however i would need the base kit just for space bars since i would prefer not to use mod colored space bars. definitely a pricey option since i only want the 7u.

maybe there's another way to drive numbers to hit MOQ?
