Is this a rebranded IBM, or something good?

Looks a lot like this Honeywell, part number almost matches:

most likely not buckling spring, I think these are most likely a RD. Those unsaver data entry kb's that were on ebay forever were honeywell oem'd rubberdome.

Sweet keycap colours though.
