Tp4 might have Multiple Sclerosis

Back pain, cold hands, finger numb sometimes, latent depression (self treating with electronics shopping), it's would also explain tp4's quite-obvious neuro divergent cognitive processes.

This is embarrassing, it seems like the years of Anti-Outside has finally caught up with him.

Bloodwork came back, vit-D deficiency. has to go get a shot n' everything.

sigh.....

This summer,  Tp4 is going to face his natural enemy, the outside.

Reading some online material, this seems to be a disease of affluence, countries further from the equator, and wealthier heavily correlates with incidences of MS.

Something about saturated fats too.

nothing would make tp4 happier, but ms is extremely likely, given how tp4 has avidly avoided solar exposure for the past 10 years.

Creatures can make stuff, at least some of it.
Cattle can make considerable fat on a diet of grass only.

tp4 100% veggie only for 5 years, before that, tp4 ate enormous quantities of saturated fats

My younger brother has MS, not a fun fight but it can be manageable - so outside to get natural Vitamin D for you and might have to add some other things to your diet.

Fat, yes, saturated fats selectively, no. Also we lack the digestive system to get as much energy out of grass as cows do.

Do what I did and just skip breakfast and lunch for your entire school career until college. I still haven't gotten back up to a healthy weight :D

b12 lvls are fine, only d-deficient. doctor says he's been seeing alot of these cases post pandemic, but mine is one of the more severe.
