Where did you get that spacebar? Hyperfuse didn't come with a 6u spacebar and even with dremeling it wouldn't fit.

Is that a stock topre white spacebar, Because that matches really quite well!

Yes stock topre spacebar, the only downside of the slider/topre fc660c. The stock grey spacebar that came with this board matches dolch exactly... So it's not at all bad :D

Well ignoring the loud colors, the enter and caps just throw off the board. It's like bright/dark/bright/bright

Just looks off.

Okay, it's final. I need hyperfuse, I didn't actually stop to think that the stock grey spacebar would match so well.

I'm not sure if my wallet will replenish before binge starts the hyperfuse sale on his site.  :'(

It's actually an 87USW, an OEM silenced board. :thumb:

I'm taking it apart to lube the stabs, I've been wanting to give the variable weight boards a proper trial to see if I like them or not but I haven't been using this one due to the stabilizer rattle.

I got it for a steal on eBay a couple weeks ago, I knew based on the part number it should have been silenced. I think the price stayed as low as it did because the seller didn't really advertise it as such other than mentioning the part number. I was willing to spend quite a bit more than I actually paid because these are getting so hard to find. Buying a new one from Amazon Japan would cost close to $340, I got this for less than half that.

Yeah, he did an awful job of advertising it. He posted it on reddit and ebay and everyone just assumed it was a the standard white variable, which no one really wants, but if you looked at his invoice pic/product link to EK, you saw he was offering the silenced version.

I almost battled for it just because of the value, but since I wouldn't have used it didn't make much sense to spend the money.

The variable weighting is kind of growing on me. Its so light and pleasant to type on! I have been typing all day and it doesn't feel like my fingers have really done any work at all. I will say, however, I don't like the flat-out lack of tactility on the pinky keys (30g?) but its a minor complaint. I was initially very dismissive of the idea of getting a variable weight board but after using it for 2 days at work its definitely growing on me. Not sure whether I will keep it yet or not, but my decision is definitely getting harder after using it.

Yea very nice, not sure why we have 87U's...86U is perfect.

When is the last time you used the right-click mouse button keyboard key? :))

I know I'm probably the outlier here but I use the Menu key literally all the time. Menu key + r is engrained in my brain for opening up the file properties window.
