[IC] Kailh Speed Switches @ £0.20 (~$0.25)
« on: Mon, 12 June 2017, 13:51:28 »
Hello, I would like to test the waters of a Group Buy for Kailh Speed Switches. The price would work out to £0.20GBP per switch with an MOQ of 4000 swicthes, I'm waiting on confirmayion if that is 4000 total or 4000 per type. These will be direct from Kaihua, i.e. no middlemen (other than me).
I plan on ordering some switches myself as stock for the store, so if we are just shy of MOQ then it won't be much of a problem, because I'll just bulk out he numbers. The reason for this is so that hose of you who are happy to wait will get the switches cheaper. The switches I buy will be in stock at £0.25GBP, but only after the GB orders have been sent out.

How this will work?
The same as my previous GB's, orders will be taken over at https://opticboards.com/group-buys/ payment processing fees are already baked into the prices, shipping payment will be taken at checkout. Updates will be done through email, as well as a /r/MechMarket post, updates are also posted to the Optic Boards Discord server (https://discord.gg/kuc9Emk). After the GB ends I'll place the order with Kaihua and then a couple of weeks later I'll package and send out the groups order before listing the extras as stock.

The Timeline.
12th June - IC started
19th June - GB started
3rd july - GB Ends
17th July - Switches arrive at mine (1-2 weeks quoted delivery time)
17th -23rd July Groups Orders packaged and shipped.

These dates are healthy guesses with some leeway added in, to avoid any disappointments. If the IC takes off I will start the GB earlier than the set date, but anyone involved in the Interest Check will get an email when the Group Buy starts so no one should miss out.

In my previous GBs I have let people order as low as 1 switch, however with the amount of order I have been getting it soon gets quite tiresome to pack so many small orders, so I will be setting a minimum order of 10 per switch. You won't have to order in multiples of 10 just have at least 10 of each type you would like.
